The students who have been eagerly waiting for the AIIMS PG 2018 Exam Dates can now finally mark the dates for the same in their calendars. The dates for the most competitive examination have finally been announced. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 18, 2018.

The forms for the exam will be available online only. It is expected that the forms will be available from the month of September onwards. The students who wish to apply for this exam must keep visiting the official website for the details about this exam.

To sit for the AIIMS PG 2019, the candidates have to first register themselves on the official website of AIIMS. The official website of AIIMS is aiimsexams. org. The candidates will have to first get themselves registered for the AIIMS 2019 Exam. To register for the exam, they will have to provide some details like name, phone number etc. A mail and SMS will be sent to the registered mail Id and phone number which will contain the login credentials.

Next, with the help of login credentials,  the candidate has to login to the portal of AIIMS PG 2019. Here the candidate has to enter their various details such as qualification details, make the city choices, upload all the necessary images and signatures.

The aspirants also have to make the payment as well. The payment has to be done after before choosing the test city. The candidates must know that the application procedure will be considered as complete only after the payment has been done.

The fee for this exam will be different for each of the category. For the students of General/OBC category, the fee is expected to be Rs 1500. Those who are from SC/ST category might need to pay Rs 1200 as the Application Fee. But the students who are of Bench Mark Disability category may be exempted from paying the application fee.

AIIMS PG Exam is conducted in an online mode. The total time and the number of questions is different for each of the courses. For MD/MS, total 200 questions have to be answered in 3 hours. For MDS courses, a total of 90 questions have to be answered.

AIIMS PG Exam is for admissions to the postgraduation medical courses such as MD/MS, MDS, MCh across all the 6 AIIMS which have been set up. Apart from AIIMS PG, there are several other exams which are conducted for admissions to the same postgraduate courses like NEET PG, JIPMER PG and many such exams.
