The Bar Council of India (BCI) has started registering the law graduates for the All India Bar Examination ie AIBE (13) 2019 from September 26, 2018. The AIBE (13) 2019 scheduled to be conducted on December 23, 2018, requires the candidates to visit the official website of All India Bar Examination i.e www.allindiabarexamination.com and complete the AIBE (13) 2019 Registration and submit the application form. The last date to register for the AIBE (13) 2019 is December 10, 2018. Law graduates who have achieved their 3 year LL.B. or 5 year B.A. LL.B. degree after 2010 have to appear for the AIBE 2019 Exam.
The AIBE (13) 2019 registration procedure is completely online, however, the candidates have to pay the application fee and appear for the exam in the offline mode. The law graduates who want to appear for the AIBE 2019 exam have to visit the official website and click on the link that appears as “Registration (AIBE-XIII)“. Upon clicking on the link, the AIBE (13) 2019 registration form will be shown to the students. Here the candidates have to enter either of their Bar Enrollment Number, State or Year of enrollment at the bar.
After registration comes filling the AIBE 2019 Application Form. Here the students have to enter the personal and education and enrollment details, candidate type & disability information and select the choice of the exam centre. Next, the students have to upload the Self-Attested documents such as the Photograph, Signature and Enrollment Certificate to get towards the end of the Application procedure which is paying the application fee. Before the fee payment, the candidates will be sent the login details on the provided Email ID. (See Image Below). Students can use the provided registration number, password and One Time Password (OTP) to log in and finish the registration procedure.

Upon receiving the login details, candidates have to Log-in to their account using the login link available on the official website. The login window is the same as in the image below.
The application fee can be paid by the students through the bank challan. The link for developing the bank challan will be available to the candidates in this step. The students will see the “Print Challan” button. The challan has to be taken to the nearest State Bank of India branch and after 24 hours of paying the fee through the challan, the same has to be uploaded. Next, the students have to enter the Journal Number, Branch code and date of challan and submit the same.
The Bar Council of India allows the students to send their rectifications at [email protected]. However, the rectification requests will only be entertained by the Bar Council before the release of the AIBE 2019 Admit Card.
Clearing the AIBE exam is necessary for all the law graduates in order to get the “Certificate of Practice” and practice law in India. All the law graduates who have completed the 3 year LLB or 5 year LLB and have been enrolled to the state council have to appear for the All India Bar Examination to practice as a lawyer in India.
