70000 New Registrations For JEE Main 2019 II Attempt; NTA Shall Reject Duplicate Applications

National Testing Agency (NTA) has received 70,000 new registrations on the 8th day of the release of the JEE Main 2019 April application Forms. The last date to apply for the JEE Main 2019 attempt 2 is March 07, 2019. the candidates who have already registered for the JEE Main 2019 January exam, can use their January login details to access the April Application Form. However, the first time applying candidates need to register by filling the authentication form.

In addition to that, for attempt 2, NTA has noticed that many candidates are applying for the exam more than once. This means, there have been cases of duplicate application forms. In this regard, NTA has released the notification that such applications will be rejected without any prior warnings. Therefore, the candidates have to take care that they are registering once and are filling only one application form.

The increase in the number of applicants for the April session is because many candidates who have already applied for the January exam are reappearing and many are new candidates. The candidates who are applying for the first time in JEE Main 2019 are 70,000 in number until the 8th day since the registrations have been opened by NTA.

In the January attempt, the total number of candidates who had registered for paper 1 is 9,29,918. If we add the paper 2 candidates more than 11 lakh registration was received. This number is now expected to go even higher in the April attempt.

JEE Main 2019 Application Form for the April attempt was released on February 08, 2019. NTA has opened registrations for January candidates and new candidates separately. For the first time applying candidates the application process is registering using the authentication form, fill the application form, upload photo and signature, and finally pay the online application fee.

For the already registered candidates of the January attempt, the authentication part can be skipped. then can log in using their JEE Main January 2019 Exam credentials and then start filling the application form and pay the application fee.

The application fee for the JEE Main 2019 April exam is as follows:

This is the first time that JEE Main exam is being conducted twice and only in the online mode. The result of JEE Main 2019 attempt 1 has already been published on January 19, 2019. Since the exam is being held in multiple days and shifts, the result is based on the percentile score. after the declaration fo the attempt 2 result, the final AIR, based on the best scores of the candidates out of both the exam will be made for the purpose of admissions. The result of attempt 2 is expected to release by April 30, 2019, for paper 1 and May 15, 2019, for paper 2.

JEE Main 2019 April 2019 exam will be held in multiple days and shifts in between April 07 – 20, 2019. The admit card will be made available for the registered candidates online at jeemain.nic.in from March 20, 2019.

    I attempted mains in january and again I applied for April mains by filling authentication form .is there any problem ?

    It is showing successfully completed and got the same application number as of JEE Mains Jan attempt.
    then what can i comprehend? ..i had done it correctly or my form will be rejected?
