The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued the Group D Admit Card for the October 04, 2018 exam. The candidates can download it by online mode only at the official website of any of the RRB. The Board does not send the hard copy of the RRB Group D Admit Card to the candidates individually. It is mandatory for the applicants to bring the printed copy of the admit card to the test center.
There are 05 simple steps by which the applicants can successfully download the RRB Group D 2018 Admit Card. To download it, firstly, you need to visit the official website of the RRB. The second step is to click on the link which says, “Download E-Call letter”. A Candidate login page will open in which the candidates need to enter details such as their User ID and Date of birth. Click on the “Login” button to submit the details and the admit card will be available on the screen. The last step is to download and take its print out.
After downloading the RRB Group D Admit card, the candidates need to paste their colored passport size photo (35mmX45mm) on the space provided on the admit card. The same is also to be carried by the candidates on the day of the examination.
It is also suggested that after downloading the admit card, the aspirants should check that details printed on it are correct or not.
The details to be checked by the candidates that will be provided on the admit card are Name of the candidate, Father’s name, Enrollment number, examination date, Time and center. Ensure that the images on the Group D Admit Card are not blurred and are clearly visible.
On the day of the examination, the Admit card is a must to be carried without which candidates will not be allowed to appear for the Computer-based test. Other than that a valid photo Id has to be taken along such as Voter Id, PAN card, Aadhar card, Driving license, Passport etc.
The examinees should not bring mobile phones, Calculator, watches or any type of electronic gadget at the examination center. There will be no facility to keep mobile phones in the examination center. Also, since it is a Computer-based test (CBT), hence, the candidates should not carry a pen or pencil. It will be provided inside the test center.
The Board is conducting the first stage, i.e Computer-based test from September 17 till December 14, 2018. The test will consist of 100 MCQ type questions which the aspirants need to solve in 90 minutes. The minimum percentage of marks for eligibility under various categories are UR- 40%, OBC-30%, SC/ST-30%.
